Revocable Trust

One of the characteristics of a revocable living trust is that they are both revocable and changeable. You can amend a trust; however, it is sometimes more advisable to “restate” a trust instead of amending it multiple times of the years. In this way, it also can avoid hurt feelings because beneficiaries do not have to read (and interpret) the changes that you made over time. It may also lessen the chances of litigation in the interpretation of an amendment or series of amendments.
